Pensée Azizetique/ Owendo : entre Jeanne Mbagou et Roger Brice Adande, à qui incombe la responsabilité de l’échec d’Ali Bongo en 2016 ?

À moins de treize mois de l’élection présidentielle dans notre pays, le Chef de l’Etat Ali Bongo Ondimba et sa formation politique, le Parti Démocratique gabonais, va t-il reconduire le même dispositif de campagne présidentielle en 2023, dans la Commune d’Owendo, comme lors de la présidentielle de 2016 où, il s’est fait malmener par son adversaire Jean ping, sous le regard hypocrite, sinon dans l’incapacité notoire de son directeur de campagne à le faire élire convenablement à la hauteur de ses attentes ?

Au regard du grand fossé constaté entre les résultats des élections présidentielles et ceux des élections législatives et locales de 2018, l’on est en droit de se demander pour qui roule réellement les pseudos soutiens du Chef de l’Etat, Ali Bongo Ondimba dans la Commune d’Owendo ? Face à cette ambivalence politique, les partisans de Jeanne Mbagou et d’Augustin Roger Brice Adande Randembino, s’accusent réciproquement sur l’echec, voire l’humiliation doublée de trahison dont a été victime le numéro 1 gabonais au niveau de la Commune d’Owendo à l’issue de la présidentielle 2016.

Selon les partisans de Augustin Roger Brice Adande, la responsabilité de l’échec du Distingué Camarade Président, Ali Bongo Ondimba dans cette circonscription administrative, incombe à Jeanne Mbagou, au regard de sa longévité à la tête du Conseil municipal de la commune d’Owendo. « C’est a elle, en sa qualité de premier magistrat de ladite Commune qu’incombe réellement l’échec d’Ali Bongo à Owendo. Même en 2009, c’est Jeanne Mbagou qui était dans le directoire de campagne de notre champion et non le camarade Augustin Roger Brice Adande. Le candidat naturel a été laminé à cause de Jeanne Mbagou dont l’ambition est de s’accrocher coûte que coûte à la Mairie d’Owendo au détriment des intérêts du Distingué Camarade Président Ali Bongo Ondimba. Ont t-ils indiqué.

« Jeanne Mbagou est dans l’incapacité de faire gagner Ali Bongo Ondimba dans la Commune d’Owendo et ne pourra aucunement le faire gagner ; quelques soient les échéances présidentielles, le Distingué Camarade Président, Ali Bongo Ondimba. Elle peut faire gagner le parti Démocratique gabonais s’il s’agit de son élection en vue d’être reconduite à la mairie d’Owendo ; ça, on ne peut le contester ; mais dire que Jeanne Mbagou est la personne la mieux indiquée pour diriger à nouveau la campagne de notre leader Ali Bongo Ondimba dans la Commune d’Owendo, c’est faux et archi faux ! » Affirment les alliés de Roger Brice Adande.

Avant d’ajouter que « L’homme de la situation pour faire élire le Distingué Camarade Président Ali Bongo Ondimba n’est autre qu’Augustin Roger Brice Adande qui élabore au préalable et au mieux les nouvelles stratégies pour la victoire d’Ali Bongo. Donc, Jeanne Mbagou a lamentablement échoué à cette épreuve, prouvant ainsi, son incapacité à faire triompher le Chef de l’Etat au cours des deux derniers scrutins présidentiels. Elle doit impérativement se mettre à l’écart du directoire de campagne à la présidentielle 2023 dans la Commune d’Owendo ». Ont martelé les Adande boys.

Des accusations et autres arguments que réfutent le clan Jeanne Mbagou qui estime que celles-ci est la mieux indiquée pour faire gagner le numéro un du Parti Démocratique gabonais. Elle a déjà accumulé les expériences des échecs du candidat Ali Bongo Ondimba dans la Commune d’Owendo et, cette fois ci, elle est entrain de revoir ses stratégies pour que ce qui s’est produit en 2009 et en 2016 ne se reproduise plus. Or, s’il s’agit de son élection à elle, pour le rappeler, vous verrez un score à la soviétique pour Jeanne Mbagou. La preuve, lors des élections locales de 2013 dans la Commune d’Owendo, la camarade Jeanne Mbagou a fait un score de 100% et même lors des dernières élections locales, elle s’est royalement imposée à 100 pour cent. « C’est donc dire que, lorsqu’il s’agit de la victoire du Distingué Camarade Président, Jeanne Mbagou ne mouille jamais le maillot comme cela se doit pour la victoire du numéro 1 de son Parti. Ceci pour vous rassurer que Jeanne Mbagou, aussi longtemps qu’elle est au bureau politique, et qu’elle gère les élections présidentielles, Ali Bongo Ondimba ne pourra jamais avoir un score moyen de 50%, si ce n’est de la débandade. D’ailleurs, Il y a au deuxième Arrondissement de la Commune d’Owendo, des femmes et des hommes capables d’inverser la tendance et non Jeanne Mbagou. Pour sûr, elle n’a plus rien à prouver de son incapacité à faire élire Ali Bongo Ondimba » Déclarent les soutiens d’Adandé.

Faux ! Rejettent en Bloc les pro Mbagou en se demandant que vaut réellement Augustin Roger Brice Adande dans la Commune d’Owendo et partant du premier Arrondissement ? « Il est un véritable repoussoir. A t-il déjà posé les actions d’envergure et multiformes pour le Distingué Camarade Président Ali Bongo Ondimba, contrairement à Jeanne Mbagou que l’on appelle la femme de fer au grand coeur qui ne cesse de multiplier les actions dans la comme pour le rayonnement de la politique du Chef de l’Etat, Ali Bongo Ondimba ? » S’interrogent les alliés de Jeanne Mbagou.

« Jeanne Mbagou est une femme de terrains et très ouverte ; elle ne cesse de voler au secours des plus faibles en prônant le partage. Au contraire, le véritable danger pour la victoire d’Ali Bongo Ondimba dans la Commune d’Owendo en 2023, c’est bel et bien Augustin Roger Brice Adande ; il mobilise qui et quoi ? Est-ce Adande qui a placé la plus part des maires et adjoints, que ce soit dans la Commune ou dans les Arrondissements ? Se demandent les soutiens de l’édile d’Owendo.

Ceci pour dire que s’il n’arrive pas à faire l’unanimité avec les conseillers de son Arrondissement, ce n’est pas avec les militants et encore moins, préparer une victoire cash pour le Distingué Camarade président Ali Bongo Ondimba qu’il parviendra. Pour dire vrai, l’échec du Distingué Camarade Président, Ali Bongo Ondimba lors de la présidentielle de 2016, incombe à Augustin Roger Brice Adande et non à Jeanne Mbagou » A lâché un proche de la première magistrate de la Commune d’Owendo.

Avant d’ajouter « qu’on n’a qu’à regarder les résultats par Arrondissement et non dans l’ensemble de la Commune d’Owendo pour se rendre compte que Roger Brice Adande n’a pas pu offrir suffisamment de votes à Ali Bongo Ondimba. D’autant plus que ce dernier n’a pas pu y avoir plus de voix que Jean ping » Conclu les pro Mbagou.

Au regard des accusations, observées de part et d’autres, on est en droit de se demander qui finalement, de Jeanne Mbagou et Augustin Roger Brice Adande, devrait assumer l’échec qu’à essuyé Ali Bongo Ondimba en 2016 ?
