Gabon/ Malversations financières : le Ministre de l’habitat et de l’urbanisme, Abel Nang Ekomiye, sous le collimateur de la DGR ?

Les ennuis judiciaires semblent se pointer à l’égard du ministre de l’habitat et de l’urbanisme, Abel NANG EKOMIYE, si on s’en tient aux dernières informations extraites des mobiles de la récente arrestation de son directeur Provincial, Jean François ASSOUZOCK OKOUE. L’affaire pourrait prendre des proportions inquiétantes si les soupçons d’implication aux malversations financières qui pèsent sur le patron de ce département ministériel s’avéraient fondés. Pour l’heure, les fins limiers d’enquêtes judiciaires seraient à pied-d’œuvre pour faire éclater la vérité.

Pour rappel, le directeur Provincial de l’habitat et de l’urbanisme, Jean François Assouzock Okoue, a été arrêté par la DGR il y a quelques jours pour détournements de l’argent public généré par les ventes de terrains et des opérations spécifiques liées au traitement des demandes de régularisation foncière. Autrement dit, l’argent que collectait le directeur Provincial Jean François au sein des services provinciaux n’était jamais reversé au Trésor Public conformément à la réglementation.

Toutefois, en aval, l’épineuse question qui risque également d’ouvrir les portes de la prison centrale à l’actuel ministre de l’habitat et de l’urbanisme, Abel Nang Ekomiye, est de savoir si, du haut de sa collaboration directe avec le directeur Provincial, en tant que chef hiérarchique, il n’a jamais perçu les dividendes illicites issues de ces malversations financières ? Et c’est à ce niveau que se situe le nœud des soupçons qui pèsent sur lui. Tant entendu que, des sources proches du dossier auraient révélé des indices masqués qui justifieraient une implication travestie du Ministre Abel Nang dans l’affaire.

D’après les informations distillées des coulisses du palais du bord de mer, les raisons qui suscitent présentement le regard approfondi des agents juridiciaires, à l’égard du ministre Abel NANG EKOMIYE, se baseraient sur le fait que, ce dernier, dès son arrivée en décembre 2020, qu’il se soit empressé de changer les directeurs provinciaux qui, selon lui, ne répondaient aux exigences de son circuit de collecte et de gestion financière. Pour preuve, indique la source, le ministre Abel NANG aurait récemment viré à moins de trois mois, pour des motifs saugrenus voire à des fins inavouées, le Directeur Provincial du Woleu-Ntem, un certain Dori Ebang Mba. Un limogeage aux allures de règlement de comptes, qui donne l’impression que ce dernier aurait été écarté parce qu’il devenait gênant. Ajouté à cela, la spoliation des populations avec en toile de fond, des soupçons d’escroquerie. A-t-on appris.

C’est donc autant de griefs qui éveillent nul doute auprès des services spéciaux, une attention particulière sur les faits et gestes du ministre de l’habitat et de l’urbanisme, Abel Nang Ekomiye, sur cette affaire, suite à l’incarcération de son directeur Provincial, Jean François ASSOUZOCK OKOUE.

Bref, si dans les tous prochains jours, ces soupçons sont avérés, le patron de ce département ministériel devrait démissionner pour se mettre à la disposition des juridictions compétentes. Car, Ali Bongo ne saurait garder dans les rangs de son gouvernement une personnalité de cet acabit.
