Gabon/ Okondja et Aboumi : Clap de fin du « Café Agricole » de la phase 1 de la 2ème édition du Forum de l’Agrobusiness.

Le Forum Lobikamois de l’Agrobusiness (FLA), une Plate-forme qui regroupe les coopératives agricoles de la Sebe et Bayi-Brikolo (Okondja et Aboumi), a procédé le 27 août dernier, en présence des illutres personnalités de la province du haut-Ogooué, à la cérémonie de remise officielle des parchemins aux 150 agriculteurs formés, issus des 30 coopératives ayant pris part à la phase 1 de la deuxième édition du Café Agricole. Un rendez-vous d’échanges et de transfert de compétences qui a connu son épilogue après trois jours de travaux riches d’enseignements.

En effet, le Forum Lobikamois de l’Agrobusiness (FLA) qui signifie en langue Lembaama « Argent » a tenu dans sa phase 1, un Café Agricole pendant trois jours, du 25 au 27 août 2022. Et ce, sous le thème : Structuration et Renforcement des capacités Techniques, Matériels, Manageriales et Financières. Il faut souligner au passage que cette initiative s’est déroulée durant trois jours, grâce à l’appui technique, matériel et financier de ses partenaires publiques et privés, au nombre desquels l’Agence pour le Développement de l’Agriculture du Gabon (ADAG), FAO, la SOTRADER, la Gabonaise de Chimie (GCIAE), AGRI GAB, EDG et l’O.N.E.

Le but visé par cette association est d’apporter sa pierre à l’édiffice de la structuration et du renforcement des capacités des coopératives agricoles membres de son réseau, à savoir 30 au total, soit environ 150 participants ayant répondus présent aux à la rencontre instructive du Café Agricole.

Lors dudit Café Agricole, qui a vu la présence d’un grand nombre de *Coachs* venus d’horizons divers, les participants ont pu bénéficier des enseignements sur le Foncier Agricole, la gestion d’une exploitation agricole, la gestion et l’obtention des subventions et des micros crédits etc. Les objectifs visés étant de permettre aux producteurs agricoles d’accroître leur rendement, d’avoir une bonne maîtrise des opérations techniques, et de savoir présenter des projets aux différents bailleurs de fonds pour un meilleur accompagnement et la maîtrise de l’utilisation des outils agricoles (intrans agricoles et petits outillages agricoles).

Toutes ces personnes, hommes, femmes et jeunes, venus de toute la Province du Haut-Ogooué, ont été bénéficiaires de cette première phase du Forum de l’Agrobusiness qui a eu lieu à Okondja dans le département de la SEBE-BRIKOLO.

Outre ses travaux, ce Café Agricole a également été honoré de la présence de personnalités suivantes, le 1er Vice-président du Sénat, le Vénérable Luc OYOUBI, le Préfet du département de la SEBE-BRIKOLO, et le Maire de la Commune d’Okondja, Thierry Chanel MADOUMA. Ces personnalités ont, conformément au protocole organisationnel, lu à tour de rôle, les Allocutions de bienvenues et d’ouverture et, ont procédé à la remise des parchemins à l’ensemble des participants y compris eux-mêmes.

En définitive, la plate-forme FLA, en sa qualité d’organisateur de cet important évènement annuel, se veut être une plate-forme d’interconnexion entre les producteurs agricoles et les partenaires au développement. Le prochain rendez-vous est donc pris pour mi-décembre à la faveur de la 2ème phase au cours de laquelle plusieurs panels et des expositions-ventes seront disposés à la faveur des participants.

The Lobikamois Agribusiness Forum (FLA), a platform which brings together the agricultural cooperatives of SEBE and BAYI-BRIKOLO (Okondja and Aboumi), proceeded on August 27, in the presence of illustrious personalities from the province of Haut -Ogooué, at the official presentation ceremony of the parchmentsto the 150 farmers trained, from the 30 cooperatives that took part in phase 1 of the second edition of the Café Agricole. a meeting of exchanges and transfer of skills which had its epilogue after three days of work rich in lessons.

The aim of this association is to contribute its stone to the building of the structuring and capacity building of the agricultural cooperatives members of its network, namely 30 in total, or about 150 participants who responded to the informative meeting Agricultural Cafe.

During the said Café Agricole, which saw the presence of a large number of *Coaches* from various backgrounds, the participants were able to benefit from lessons on Agricultural Land, the management of a farm, the management and obtaining subsidies and micro credits etc. the objectives are to enable agricultural producers to increase their yield, to have a good command of technical operations, and to know how to present projects to the various donors for better support and mastery of the use of toolsagricultural (agricultural inputs and small agricultural tools).All these people, men, women and young people, from all over the Haut-Ogooué Province, were beneficiaries of this first phase of the Agribusiness Forum which took place in Okondja in the SEBE-BRIKOLO department.

In addition to its work, this Café Agricole was also honored by the presence of the following personalities, the 1st Vice-President of the Senate, the Venerable Luc OYOUBI, the Prefect of the SEBE-BRIKOLO department, and the Mayor of the Commune of Okondja, Thierry Chanel MADOUMA. These personalities have, in accordance with the organizational protocol, read in turn, the speeches of welcome and opening and, proceeded to the handing over of the parchments to all the participants including themselves.

Ultimately, the FLA platform, in its capacity as organizer of this important annual event, wants to be a platform for interconnection between agricultural producers and development partners. the next appointment is therefore scheduled for mid-December in favor of the 2nd phase during which several panels and exhibitions-sales will be arranged for the benefit of the participants.
