Pensée Azizetique/ Présidence de la République : qui succèdera à Théophile Ogandaga, l’actuel Directeur de Cabinet du PR ?

À un an du scrutin présidentiel, la fonction de Directeur de cabinet du Président de la République qu’occupe actuellement, Théophile Ogandaga, ne cesse de susciter des convoitises à mesure que l’on s’achemine vers la date butoir. Un poste dont le rôle demeure stratégique pour la gestion des affaires courantes du pouvoir présidentiel. Sauf changement de dernière minute, plusieurs noms circulent dans les salons feutrés, présageant ainsi, l’éviction de l’ancien directeur général adjoint d’Olam, à la tête du directoire du cabinet présidentiel.

Le Dircab du PR, Théophile Ogandaga, Qualifié d’homme discret et très effacé, a longtemps échappé au snobisme de ses potentiels remplaçants. Très recroquevillé de par son omerta, ses états de services aux cotés Chef de l’exécutif, Ali Bongo Ondimba, sont restés inaperçus et sous estimés par l’opinion. Taxé d’indolent et de « faire valoir » par des hypocrites du chefaillon présidentiel, d’aucuns n’hésitent de murmurer dans les couloirs du palais du bord de mer, laissant entendre que le véritable Directeur de cabinet du Chef de l’Etat n’est autre que son adjoint , Mohamed Ali Saliou. A cet effet, pour éviter cette confusion de genre au sommet de l’Etat, les fins limiers de la gouvernance politique, tapis dans l’ombre, ont laissé fuiter les noms des potentiels personnalités susceptibles de remplacer Théophile Ogandaga. Il y a entre autres :

Léa Mikala, ancienne Ministre déléguée, originaire de la Nyanga. Elle pourrait diriger le cabinet du Chef de l’Etat ;

Nina Abouna, discrète et dynamique, actuellement, Conseiller, Chef de département à la primature, pourrait également faire l’affaire ;

Yann Koubje, Directeur général des services du Trésor, dispose de l’étoffe pour diriger cette fonction stratégique au cabinet présidentiel ;

Pepecy Ogoulinguende, figure emblématique de la société civile, elle dispose de l’énergie pour diriger le cabinet du président de la République ;

Serge Okana, Secrétaire général du ministère de l’agriculture, originaire de bongoville pourrait lui aussi, diriger le cabinet présidentiel ;

Hermann Kamonomono, Directeur général de la Société nationale immobilière (SNI), dispose également des compétences pour coordonner le cabinet du Chef de l’Etat ;
Jeannot Kalima, lui aussi, pourrait diriger le cabinet présidentiel avec maestria ;

Fernand Joumas dit Salamba, bien qu’il soit commissaire de la République, il dispose de la compétence pour mener à bien le cabinet présidentiel ;

Micheline Otounga, ancienne Secrétaire particulière d’Ali Bongo Ondimba, en service à la primature, pourrait faire la surprise ;

Isidore Toukou Moubedi, dispose lui aussi, de l’efficacité pour booster le cabinet présidentiel ;

Abdul Razacq Guy Kabongo, de par son pragmatisme et son dynamisme sans faille, pourrait également diriger le cabinet présidentiel ;

Mesmin Ngounga, très expeditif dans le traitement des dossiers, par sa rigueur, pourrait diriger avec brio le cabinet du Chef de l’Etat ;

Martin Peke, lui également, est outillé pour diriger également le cabinet présidentiel ;

Même son de cloche pour Jonas Lola Mvou, de par sa rigueur et sa promptitude dans le traitement des dossiers ;

Dieudonné Yaya, Conseiller du Ministre, dispose lui aussi de la compétence pour gérer le cabinet présidentiel ;

Emmanuel eyeghe Nze, ancien Directeur de cabinet des membres du gouvernement, ancien Directeur général de la concurrence et de la consommation, par sa rigueur et sa technicité, pourrait faire rayonner le département de l’Okano par cette promotion…

La liste n’est exhaustive.

Au regard des potentiels successeurs de Théophile Ogandaga en lice, on est en droit de se demander, qui, sera le prochain Directeur de cabinet du Président de la République, à l’orée de la presidentielle 2023 ?

Toutefois, Théophile Ogandaga n’a pas encore dit son dernier ; cependant, au regard des états de services des uns et des autres, il revient à la discrétion du Président de la République de faire le choix qui s’impose en fonction de sa vision pour notre pays.

However, Théophile Ogandaga has yet to say his last; however, in view of the state of service of each other, it is up to the discretion of the President of the Republic to make the choice that is necessary according to his vision for our country.
