Dimanche 9 Octobre dernier, en matinée, la Camarade Communale Albertine Mouiti Mboumba Aganga, a organisé une retraite de travail avec l’ensemble des groupes socio-culturels et leurs Fédéraux. Cette séance de brainstorming s’est déroulée à Tchengué Cocotiers derrière le stade Michel Essongue, au lieu-dit coco Beach. Des réflexions menées étaient axées sur quatre points, notamment : la vérification des grilles d’évaluations ; Le projet de sensibilisation sur Octobre rose ; La vérification des fiches d’identification des militants et enfin, les Divers.

A l’entame, la camarade Communale, a procédé à la vérification des RG et Fédérales présentes. Il ressort, qu’il y avait dix (10) RG, et cinq (5) Fédérales présentes sur les quatorze (14) RG et huit (8) Fédérales que compte la Commune.

Elle a procédé ensuite, à la vérification des fiches soumises à son appréciation par les RG et les Fédérales. De ce dépôt, il ressort que certains groupes avaient fait un bon pourcentage, mais, qu’il restait encore des efforts à fournir pour certains. Et qu’un délai supplémentaire, leurs était accordé.

Enfin, la camarade Communale a félicité et soutenue l’initiative de la Première Dame Sylvia BONGO ONDIMBA, en décrétant le mois d’octobre comme le mois dédié à la lutte contre le cancer féminin, en le dénomment  » Octobre rose  ».

Sur la vérification des fiches d’identification des militantes, la Communale a montrée aux femmes comment il faut les remplir.

Sur les divers, nous avons parlé de la Charte des valeurs. La Communale a fait lecture dudit document et a présenté tous les autres documents nécessaires, au bien-être et le savoir-faire d’une bonne militante du PDG. Document qu’on peut retrouver auprès de la Trésorerie Provinciale.

La séance fût levée à 14h25 min, et nous sommes passées de l’utile à l’agréable.

Port-Gentil/ Pink October: the Municipal Albertine Mouiti Mboumba Aganga is on a work retreat.

Last Sunday, October 9, in the morning, Communal Comrade Albertine Mouiti Mboumba Aganga, organized a working retreat with all the socio-cultural groups and their Federals. this brainstorming session took place at Tchengué Cocotiers behind the Michel Essongue stadium, at a place called Coco Beach. The reflections carried out focused on four points, in particular : the verification of the evaluation grids; The Pink October awareness project ; The verification of the identification cards of the militants and finally, the Miscellaneous.

To the start, the Communal comrade, proceeded to check the RG and Federal present. it appears that there were ten (10) RG, and five (5) Federal present out of the fourteen (14) RG and eight (8) Federal in the Commune.

She then proceeded to check the files submitted for her assessment by the RG and the Federals. from this deposit, it appears that some groups had made a good percentage, but that there was still work to be done for some. And that additional time was granted to them.

Finally, the Communal comrade congratulated and supported the initiative of the First Lady Sylvia BONGO ONDIMBA, by decreeing the month of October as the month dedicated to the fight against female cancer, calling it  »Pink October »

On the verification of the identification cards of the activists, the Municipality showed the women how to fill them out.

On the miscellaneous, we talked about the Charter of Values. the Municipality read the said document and presented all the other necessary documents, for the well-being and the know-how of a good militant of the PDG. Document that can be found at the Provincial Treasury.

The meeting ended at 2:25 p.m., and we went from useful to pleasant.
