Pensée Azizetique/ Interpellation de Guy Nzouba-Ndama : le déclin d’un destin présidentiel en gestation ?
La vie, une succession d’événements imprévisibles ! D’où la question de savoir ce qui se passe encore dans notre pays à l’orée de l’élection présidentielle ? Chaque jour que Dieu fait, l’on s’achemine inexorablement vers de nouveaux scoops et/ou des révélations plus croustillantes que farfelues. De quoi faire chavirer le bâteau Gabon et, semer la zizanie entre les acteurs politiques de la majorité et ceux de l’opposition. Pour l’heure, ce sont les turpitudes du patriarche Guy Nzouba-Ndama qui sont à la Une…
Guy Nzouba Ndama, Président du Parti, Les Démocrates. Ancien Président de l’Assemblée nationale.
Les jours à venir ; les semaines qui suivront, voire des mois, seront caractérisés par l’ambiance politico-économique et socio-politique de notre pays sur fond de mafia, et ce, avant, pendant et après les enjeux électoraux. C’est dans cette randonnée d’événements rocambolesques que nul doute, nous avons eu droit au cas de l’ancien Président de l’Assemblée nationale, Guy Nzouba-Ndama. Rappelons que ce dernier exerca de 1997 à 2016 à la tête de l’hémicycle parlementaire. Comme vous le savez, il a été interpellé récemment, avec les sacs d’argent en prévenance du Congo Brazzaville.
Face à ce scoop digne d’un films d’hollywood, nous allons tenter de nous poser une séries de questions à l’idée d’apprécier en filigrane ce qui aurait réellement poussé Guy Nzouba-Ndama d’en arriver à une telle humiliation ; pour une personnalité de son rang :
1- Guy Nzouba Ndama serait t-il à présent hors jeu des élections présidentielles après son arrestations ?
2- Pourra t-il s’en défaire pour assurer éventuellement sa candidature au deuxième Arrondissement face à l’honorable Dikouba ou Hugues Mbadinga Madiya ou encore dans une certaine mesure face à Gaston Mindoungani ?
3- N’aurait t-il pas épargné assez d’argent durant ses près de 20 ans de fonction à l’assemblée nationale, au point d’en demander auprès du pays voisin ?
4- À t-il fait le tour des personnalités de la sous-région et ailleurs en voiture pour se constituer un trésor de guerre pour les prochaines élections ?
5- L’interpellation de Guy Nzouba Ndama ne sonne t-il pas la défaite de Marie France Manomba Boulingui des élections législatives partielles dans le 1er Arrondissement de Tchibanga face à Jean Charles Yembit Yembit, candidat du Parti Démocratique gabonais ?
6- Guy Nzouba Ndama finira t-il par s’autoproclame prisonnier politique à l’allure où vont les choses ?
7- Le samedi 17 juillet 2022 serait t-il un jour de malédiction digne de karma pour Guy Nzouba Ndama ?
8- Moukombo n’a t-il pas bien écouté les esprits du Bwiti ou du Mouiri dont-il initié ?
9- Les Démocrates, formation politique que dirige Guy Nzouba-Ndama sont t-ils déçu de la rigueur et du zèle des gendarmes, ou de la naïveté dont a fait montre Guy Nzouba Ndama ?
10- À t-il reçu cette bagatelle somme d’argent de la part du Président congolais ou de l’un des Présidents de la sous-région ?
11- Avait -il été filé ? C’était un coup monté de toute pièce pour le discréditer politiquement ?
12- A t-il été interpellé par des forces de sécurité et de défense en mission commandée ou a-t-il été arrêté par des éléments de la douane épris de conscience citoyenne et d’amour pour la patrie ?
13- Doit-on croire que les gendarmes qui ont humiliés l’ancien Président de l’Assemblée nationale, Ont fait leur travail convenablement ?
14- Les autorités de Libreville vont t-ils, après cet exploit professionnel, honorer les « vaillants soldats », auteurs de l’opération à charge contre Guy Nzouba Ndama ?
15- Les galons vont-ils augmenter chez nos gendarmes ou vont -ils payer le prix des affectations disciplinaire à Mabanda, Moulengui Bindza, Malinga etc ?
16- Les salaires de nos gendarmes identifiés sont t-ils suffisant au point où ils aurait refuser une complicité tacite avec l’opposant Guy Nzouba Ndama ?
17- Simple Diversion ? les autorités avaient t-ils été alertées par les services de renseignements intérieurs ou extérieurs ?
18- Où exactement, Nzouba Ndama a-t-il trouvé autant d’argent ?
19- Va t-il pouvoir sereinement justifier la provenance de ce pactole ?
20- Pourquoi ne l’a t-il pas transféré dans ses différents comptes bancaires ?
21- Est t-il en violation des lois en vigueur de notre pays et de la Cemac par cet acte ?
22- Va t-il finir ses jours en prison ?
Des questions, des questions, encore des questions et toujours des questions que le gabonais lamda se pose…
Au delà de ses interrogations, tout porte à croire que Guy Nzouba Ndama est dans des sales draps. D’autant plus qu’une telle interpellation ne peut que ternir son image et porter atteinte à sa dignité et sa crédibilité aux yeux du commun des gabonais. Aussi, le régime de Libreville s’en servirait comme arguments solides face aux partisans de Guy Nzouba Ndama. Et ce, pour démontrer que leur mentor ne saurait être qualifié de prisonnier politique au cas où ce dernier serait poursuit par le ministère public.
Toutefois, il faut reconnaitre que le fait d’entrer avec autant d’argent en espèce en terre gabonaise, ne saurait être un bon exemple pour l’ancien Président de l’Assemblée nationale et Président du Parti de l’opposition « les Démocrates » même si le code douanier de la CEMAC dispose en son article 53 que : » Les voyageurs résidants se rendant d’un pays membre de la BEAC à l’autre, peuvent emporter avec eux un montant ILLIMITÉ de billets et de pièces de la CEMAC. Pour sûr, il aurait été mieux pour lui de procéder par virement bancaire, afin d’éviter de tels risques d’humiliation.
Est-ce un signe des temps pour Guy Nzouba Ndama ? Serait t-il rattrapé par son passé sulfureux au perchoir de l’Assemblée nationale durant les 20 dernière décennie ?
Par ailleurs, pour rappel, Moukombo serait également accusé à tort et à raison de détournement de l’argent de l’annexe de l’Assemblée nationale. Il revient qu’à cause de lui, la quasi totalité des députés ne disposait pas des bureaux au palais Léon Mba, au point où, la cafétéria de l’hémicycle aurait été transformée en bureau pour certains élus du peuple.
À celà s’ajoute, les anciens parlementaires des précédentes mandatures. Certains de ces derniers soupconneraient l’ancien député du Canton Lolo Wagna, de détourner le projet de la cité de logement des parlementaires à Agondjé. Ses détracteurs l’accuseraient d’avoir transformer cette Cité en sa résidence privée au grand dam des parlementaires qui, sont obligés de prendre des maisons en location. Contrairement à d’autres pays qui disposent des cités parlementaires leur permettant de travailler en toute sérénité.
Fort de tout celà, peut-on penser que Guy Nzouba Ndama a perdu le chemin tracé par Jean Ping pour la prochaine bataille présidentielle ? Selon les fuites des services de renseignements, Guy Nzouba Ndama aurait été le candidat soutenu par l’hexagone, parce que issu de l’ethnie minoritaire pouvi. Il aurait donc été le challenger d’Ali Bongo Ondimba avec le soutien de l’un des mohicans de la Franc’Afrique tapis dans la sous région pour une candidature unique en 2023.
De toutes les façons, seul, l’avenir nous dira…

Life, a succession of unpredictable events ! Hence the question of what is still happening in our country on the eve of the presidential election ? Each day that God makes, we move inexorably towards new scoops and/or more crispy than eccentric revelations. Enough to capsize the Gabon boat and sow discord between the political actors of the majority and those of the opposition. for the moment, it is the turpitudes of the patriarch Guy Nzouba-Ndama which are on the front page…
The coming days ; the following weeks, even months, will be characterized by the politico-economic and socio-political atmosphere of our country against a background of mafia, and this, before, during and after the electoral stakes. it is in this hike of incredible events that no doubt, we were treated to the case of the former President of the National Assembly, Guy Nzouba-Ndama. Recall that the latter exercised from 1997 to 2016 at the head of the parliamentary hemicycle. as you know, he was arrested recently, with bags of money from Congo Brazzaville.
Faced with this scoop worthy of a Hollywood film, we are going to try to ask ourselves a series of questions about the idea of appreciating between the lines what would have really pushed Guy Nzouba-Ndama to come to such a humiliation; for a personality of his rank :
1- Would Guy Nzouba Ndama now be out of the presidential elections after his arrest ?
.2- Will he be able to get rid of it to eventually ensure his candidacy for the second District against the Honorable Dikouba or Hugues Mbadinga Madiya or even to a certain extent against Gaston Mindoungani ?
3- Wouldn’t he have saved enough money during his nearly 20 years of office in the National Assembly, to the point of asking for it from the neighboring country ?
4- Has he toured the personalities of the sub-region and elsewhere by car to build up a war chest for the next elections ?
5- Doesn’t the interpellation of Guy Nzouba Ndama sound the defeat of Marie France Manomba Boulingui of the partial legislative elections in the 1st District of Tchibanga against Jean Charles Yembit Yembit, candidate of the Gabonese Democratic Party ?
6- Will Guy Nzouba Ndama end up proclaiming himself a political prisoner the way things are going ?
7- Will Saturday July 17, 2022 be a curse day worthy of karma for Guy Nzouba Ndama ?
8- Didn’t Moukombo listen well to the spirits of Bwiti or Mouiri whom he initiated?
9- Are the Democrats, a political formation led by Guy Nzouba-Ndama, disappointed with the rigor and zeal of the gendarmes, or with the naivety shown by Guy Nzouba Ndama ?
10- Did he receive this trifle of money from the Congolese President or one of the Presidents of the sub-region ?
11- Had he been spun? Was it a set-up to discredit him politically ?
12- Was he arrested by security and defense forces on a mission or was he arrested by customs officers in love with civic conscience and love for the country ?
13- Are we to believe that the gendarmes who humiliated the former President of the National Assembly, Did their job properly ?
14- Will the authorities of Libreville, after this professional exploit, honor the « valiant soldiers », authors of the operation against Guy Nzouba Ndama ?
15- Will the stripes increase among our gendarmes or will they pay the price of disciplinary assignments to Mabanda, Moulengui Bindza, Malinga etc ?
16- Are the salaries of our identified gendarmes sufficient to the point where they would have refused a tacit complicity with the opponent Guy Nzouba Ndama ?
17- Simple diversion? had the authorities been alerted by internal or external intelligence services ?
18- Where exactly did Nzouba Ndama find so much money ?
19- Will he be able to calmly justify the origin of this jackpot ?
20- Why didn’t he transfer it to his various bank accounts ?
21- Is he in violation of the laws in force in our country and CEMAC by this act ?
22- Will he end his days in prison ?
Questions, questions, more questions and always questions that the Gabonese lamda asks himself…
Beyond his questions, everything leads to believe that Guy Nzouba Ndama is in dirty trouble. Especially since such an arrest can only tarnish his image and undermine his dignity and credibility in the eyes of ordinary Gabonese. also, the Libreville regime would use it as solid arguments against the supporters of Guy Nzouba Ndama. And this, to demonstrate that their mentor cannot be qualified as a political prisoner in the event that the latter is prosecuted by the public prosecutor.
However, it must be recognized that entering Gabon with so much cash in cash cannot be a good example for the former President of the National Assembly and President of the opposition party « the Democrats ». Even if the CEMAC customs code provides in its article53 that: “Resident travelers going from one BEAC member country to another can take with them an UNLIMITED amount of CEMAC banknotes and coinsfor sure, it would have been better for him to proceed by bank transfer, in order to avoid such risks of humiliation.
Is this a sign of the times for Guy Nzouba Ndama ? Would he be caught up in his sulphurous past at the perch of the National Assembly during the last 20 decades ?
Moreover, as a reminder, Moukombo would also be wrongly and rightly accused of embezzling money from the annex of the National Assembly. he returns that because of him, almost all of the deputies did not have offices at the Léon Mba palace, to the point where the cafeteria of the hemicycle would have been transformed into an office for certain elected representatives of the people.
In addition, former parliamentarians from previous terms of office. some of the latter would suspect the former deputy of the Canton Lolo Wagna, of hijacking the project of the housing estate for parliamentarians in Agondjé. his detractors would accuse him of having transformed this City into his private residence to the great displeasure of the parliamentarians who are obliged to rent houses. Unlike other countries which have parliamentary precincts allowing them to work in complete serenity.
Strong of all this, can we think that Guy Nzouba Ndama has lost the path traced by Jean Ping for the next presidential battle? According to leaks from the intelligence services, Guy Nzouba Ndama would have been the candidate supported by France, because he came from the Pouvi ethnic minority. he would therefore have been the challenger of Ali Bongo Ondimba with the support of one of the Mohicans of Franc’Afrique carpet in the sub-region for a single candidacy in 2023.
Anyway, only the future will tell us…
