Gabon/ Le Groupe IHEM a procédé à la présentation des vœux de nouvel an ; à la levée des couleurs et à l’installation des nouveaux promus.

L’esplanade du Campus du groupe IHEM section Gabon, sis à STFO à la Peyrie, a servi de cadre ce lundi 09 janvier 2023, pour l’organisation de la double cérémonie ponctuée par la présentation réciproque des vœux de nouvel an ; la levée des couleurs et l’installation des nouveaux promus, en l’occurrence, la Directrice administrative et financière, Tsame Oyono Edna et la cheffe de service comptabilité, Renamy Collardeau Christina. Un événement qui a vu la participation de nombreux étudiants, en tête desquels le Président de la Junior entreprise, Darnel Edou, ainsi que le corps administratif et enseignants.

C’est sous les trémolos et les décibels de l’hymne national produit par la fanfare, que les apprenants, enseignants, encadreurs et sympathisants de l’IHEM, ont solennellement assisté à la levée des couleurs républicaines dès l’entame de la cérémonie de présentation des vœux pour 2023. Le décor étant planté, les différentes intervenants ont à tour de rôle, procédé à la lecture de leurs allocutions, avant de boucler la boucle par l’investiture des nouveaux promus. Deux dames citées en sus, à qui est désormais consacrée ĺa lourde charge de la gestion des affaires administratives et financières et du service comptabilité.

Dans sa particularité, le Groupe IHEM International, fondé et dirigé au sommet de la présidence du Conseil d’administration par le Dr Oyono Ebang Obame Constant, voudrait non seulement, améliorer d’année en année, ses techniques pédagogiques et sa structuration académique avec des enseignants de haut niveau. Et ce, pour favoriser les meilleures conditions d’enseignement et d’apprentissage ; mais aussi, former et renouveler son personnel ď’encadrement dans l’optique de renforcer sa performance et son rendement. Cette initiative de plus, tire donc sa source de cette quête permanente de l’excellence prônée par le numéro un de l’institution.

« Cet enseignement vise la formation à une citoyenneté autonome et particitive pouvant amener les étudiants à exercer dans leur vie adulte, leurs droits et d’accomplir leurs devoirs en toute connaissance de cause et à tous les échelons de la structure sociale. Il s’agit précisément de les amener à prendre conscience des « cercles relationnels sociaux » au sein desquels ils évoluent (famille, école, quartier, nation…) de la nécessité d’y entretenir des rapports harmonieux avec les autres acteurs en respectant les règles sociales qui les orientent, mais aussi réaliser l’importance d’y assumer des responsabilités et d’y promouvoir les valeurs démocratiques » souligne le PCA du groupe IHEM International, Dr Oyono Ebang Obame Constant.

Pour s’arrimer à cette ambition, les nouveaux promus, Tsame Oyono Edna et Renamy Collardeau Chritina, respectivement, Directrice administrative et financière, et Cheffe de service comptabilité, ont pour leur part, rassuré de leur disponibilité à servir l’institut conformément à la vision impulsée par le fondateur afin de veiller à l’orthodoxie dans la gestion des finances dont elles ont désormais la charge en vue de garantir la croissance annuelle d’investissement financière pour le développement structurel.

Quant au Président de la Junior entreprise, Darnel Edou, il a saisi cette tribune, pour rappeler à ses pairs que « le temps est au travail. Alors ensemble bâtissons et faisons de notre institution, un vivier de l’excellence académique avec nos idées, notre investissement et notre engagement » A-t-il déclaré, avant de souhaiter à toutes et à tous, une excellente et heureuse année 2023. Preuve que la relève est assurée. Le fondateur peut donc en être fier.
