Pensée Azizetique/ Législatives 2023-PDG/ Département de Mulundu, 4e siège : Bousculade pour le Remplacement de l’honorable député Romain Mikanga Semba

Les cadres et autres militants du Parti démocratique gabonais (PDG) notamment ceux du 4e siège du département de Mulundu, se livrent en catimini une guerre sans merci pour le remplacement de l’actuel député, l’honorable Romain Mikanga Semba. En effet, après deux mandats à l’Assemblée Nationale, ce dernier serait incité à passer le relais à une autre fille ou fils de sa circonscription politique. Mais les partisans de l’élu national ne comptent pas se laisser faire.

Dans cette bousculade, ont peut y repérer quelques potentiels successeurs de l’elu de « l’Ogooue aval » parmi eux, il y a entre autres :

Benjamin Banguebe, ancien gouverneur de province, Conseiller spécial du Président de la République. Ce dernier serait prêt pour défendre les couleurs du Parti au pouvoir lors des prochaines législatives ;

Berthe Ngouemi, au nom de la décennie de la femme, serait également dans le collimateur des tenants du Parti présidentiel à succéder l’élu de la contrée ;

Fernand Ngoussi, ancien directeur général de la dette, aujourd’hui directeur général de l’agence gabonaise de normalisation (Aganor). Ce dernier serait aussi pressenti à succéder Romain Mikanga Semba en cas d’investiture, au regard de ses actions multiforme et son sens de partage à l’endroit des populations ;

Bertrand Bakakass, cadre de l’UJPDG de la province de l’Ogooué lolo, par son dynamisme et son efficacité pourrait être le candidat retenu lors des échéances des législatives avenir ;

Rita Thérèse Djana : par la parité homme – Femme lors des investitures, cette dernière pourrait faire la surprise pour remplacer le représentant des populations du 4e siège du département de Mulundu ;

Anicet Badega, éminent cadre du trésor public, ce dernier serait également bien positionné pour briguer le prochain mandat pour le compte du Parti au pouvoir au regard de sa forte expérience au bureau politique ;

Bernard Limbodzi ne serait pas en reste, d’autant plus que ce dernier opère en sous marin, par des actes de générosité et de partage envers ses concitoyens ;

Guy Nazaire Samba de par sa discrétion, sa loyauté et sa fidélité au Parti de masse pourrait être récompensé afin de représenter dignement les populations dudit siège au palais Léon Mba en cas d’investiture.

En dépit de ces velléités, il faut souligner le fait que l’honorable député Romain Mikanga Semba n’ait pas encore dit son dernier mot pour inverser la tendance en briguant un troisième mandat pour lequel ses potentiels successeurs ne semblent pas adhérer.

Question : face à ses hostilités préélectorales savamment voilées, le successeur de feu Simplice Nguedet Manzela réussira t-il à contourner ses camarades du Parti ?

Seul le Parti en tiendra compte…

The executives and other militants of the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG), in particular those of the 4th seat of the department of Mulundu, are waging a merciless war on the sly for the replacement of the current deputy, the honorable Romain Mikanga Semba. indeed, after two terms in the National Assembly, the latter would be encouraged to pass the baton to another daughter or son of his political constituency. But the supporters of the national elected do not intend to let it go.

In this jostling, we can spot some potential successors of the chosen one of « Ogooue downstream » among them, there are among others:

Benjamin Banguebe, former provincial governor, Special Advisor to the President of the Republic. the latter would be ready to defend the colors of the party in power during the next legislative elections;

Berthe Ngouemi, on behalf of the Decade of Women, would also be in the crosshairs of supporters of the Presidential Party to succeed the elected official of the region ;

Fernand Ngoussi, former Director General of Debt, now Director General of the Gabonese Standardization Agency (Aganor). the latter would also be expected to succeed Romain Mikanga Semba in the event of investiture, in view of his multifaceted actions and his sense of sharing with the populations;

Bertrand Bakakass, executive of the UJPDG of the province of Ogooué lolo, by his dynamism and his efficiency could be the candidate selected during the deadlines of the future legislative elections;

Rita Thérèse Djana : by the parity man – Woman during the investitures, the latter could make the surprise to replace the representative of the populations of the 4th seat of the department of Mulundu;

Anicet Badega, eminent public treasury executive, the latter would also be well positioned to run for the next term on behalf of the ruling party in view of his strong experience in political office;

Bernard Limbodzi would not be outdone, especially since the latter operates in a submarine, through acts of generosity and sharing with his fellow citizens;

Guy Nazaire Samba by his discretion, his loyalty and his fidelity to the Mass Party could be rewarded in order to represent with dignity the populations of the said seat at the Léon Mba palace in the event of investiture.

Despite these inclinations, it should be noted that the honorable deputy Romain Mikanga Semba has not yet said his last word to reverse the trend by running for a third term for which his potential successors do not seem to adhere.

Question : in the face of his skilfully veiled pre-election hostilities, will the successor of the late Simplice Nguedet Manzela succeed in circumventing his Party comrades ?

Only the Party will take it into account…
