Port-Gentil/ Présidentielle 2023 : Alain Batchielily, une valeur tranquille, aux côtés d’Ali Bongo Ondimba.
Depuis le départ de Noël Mboumba du gouvernement, le quatrième Arrondissement de la Commune de Port-gentil demeure orphelin à ce qu’il paraît. La nature ayant horreur du vide, cette circonscription administrative, recherche jusqu’à lors, un leader politique capable de fédérer les jeunes, les femmes, la notabilité et autres cadres y habitants. Pour y remédier, une nouvelle figure de proue discrète y émerge, en l’occurrence, Alain Batchielily.
En effet, la montée d’Alain Batchielily dans le 4ème Arrondissement de la Commune de Port-gentil, s’inscrit en droite ligne avec la politique du Chef de l’Etat Ali Bongo Ondimba, au regard du sens du partage et la générosité dont fait montre ce jeune cadre à travers les actions multiformes qu’il ne cesse de poser en toute discrétion. Le dynamisme de ce militants du Parti Démocratique gabonais n’est plus à démontrer, en témoignent les compatriotes qui l’ont vus à l’œuvre.
Pour sûr, Alain Batchielily est aujourd’hui l’un des cadres de l’Ogooue Maritime les plus brillants de sa génération que sa formation politique, le PDG, ait connu depuis plus d’une décennie. C’est donc une valeur tranquille, avec qui, Ali Bongo pourrait compter à l’élection présidentielle de 2023. Parmi ses atouts, il y entre autres, son esprit fédérateur et rassembleur dans le quatrième Arrondissement de Port-gentil où, les différentes ethnies se reconnaissent en lui. Notamment, les Varamas, les Akeles, les punus, teke, gisir, Nkomi, fang etc.
De toute évidence, Alain Batchielily est pour ces populations, l’homme de la situation, à même de contribuer considérablement à la victoire d’Ali Bongo à Port gentil et partant, au quatrième Arrondissement dont il ne cesse de répondre aux multiples sollicitations de ses concitoyens, comme ce fût le cas lors de la rentrée scolaire où, il a soulagé de nombreuses familles démunies, en prenant en charge les frais de scolarité, les ordonnances médicales et les évacuations sanitaires.
Pour ce qui est de son expérience professionnelle et ses responsabilités actuelles, de manière succincte, ce militant du Parti présidentiel de la section » Matiti » est un haut cadre de l’administration gabonaise, il est actuellement Directeur général de l’artisanat et du Développement des services. Il a une maîtrise en finance et comptabilité de l’institut national des sciences et de gestion (Insg) et une licence en économie de l’université de Nanterre ;
Il a été durant quinze (15) ans, chef d’entreprise, avant d’atterrir avec armes et bagages au côté de l’ancien ministre des Petites et moyennes entreprises (PME), Jean Félix Mouloungui, où il a occupé en 2010, la fonction de Directeur général adjoint de l’artisanat, conseiller du ministre d’Etat du même département ministériel, puis, chef de cabinet de ce dernier lorsqu’il fût ministre d’Etat à la pêche, avant de regagner son administration d’origine après le départ de son patron du gouvernement en 2016.
Fort de ses compétences professionnelles, Alain Batchielily a été promu il y’a quelques temps, Directeur général de l’artisanat et du Développement des services ;
De plus, il a été le porte étendard du groupe Tchango lors des élections présidentielles de 2016 à Port-gentil, notamment, au quatrième arrondissement son bastion politique.
Cela dit, Alain Batchielily dispose d’un background qui constitue un atout pouvant contribuer efficacement à la victoire du Président Ali Bongo Ondimba dans sa circonscription politique en 2023. D’ailleurs, les populations, conscientes de son dynamisme, n’hésitent pas à saluer son efficacité remarquable. Ce qui justifie d’ailleurs l’adhésion de la communauté dite flottante dans sa demarche à la faveur de la victoire du candidat naturel à la prochaine présidentielle.
Quant à sa filiation, Alain Batchielily est Originaire de l’Ogooue Maritime, de mère Orungu et de père Punu par l’entremise de son géniteur feu André Batchielily, ancien Président du Conseil des sages du quatrième Arrondissement ; Alain Batchielily est également issu d’une famille bien implantée dans le quatrième Arrondissement du chef lieu de l’Ogooue Maritime.

For fifteen (15) years, he was a business manager, before landing with weapons and baggage alongside the former Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), Jean Félix Mouloungui, where he held in 2010, the function of Deputy Director General of Crafts, adviser to the Minister of Statefrom the same ministerial department, then, chief of staff of the latter when he was Minister of State for Fisheries, before returning to his original administration after the departure of his boss from the government in 2016. With his professional skills, Alain Batchielily was promoted some time ago, General Manager of Crafts and Services Development;
Moreover, he was the standard bearer of the Tchango group during the 2016 presidential elections in Port-gentil, in particular, in the fourth arrondissement, his political stronghold.

As for his filiation, Alain Batchielily is a native of Ogooue Maritime, of mother Orungu and father Punu through his parent the late André Batchielily, former President of the Council of Elders of the fourth Arrondissement ; Alain Batchielily also comes from a well established familyin the fourth district of the capital of Ogooue Maritime.
