Gabon/ Université : Le Groupe IHEM International, a tenu son Premier Conseil d’administration avec succès !
Institué depuis 2005 avec une forte ambition de s’imposer parmi les meilleures Universités et Grandes écoles du Gabon et du monde, le Groupe IHEM International, après une vingtaine d’années d’exercices et d’ascension fulgurante, a tenu samedi 03 septembre 2022, son Premier Conseil d’administration pour l’année académique 2022-2023, dans un hôtel de la place. Le Président de cette haute instance de décision, Docteur Oyono Ebang Obame Constant, s’est réjoui de la qualité des travaux entrepris par des personnes ressources du Groupe et, de la pertinence des résolutions prises à l’issue de l’élaboration en Commission des différents points inscrits à l’ordre du jour.

« Notre crédo, c’est la qualité ; seule la qualité pourra faire émerger un enseignement dynamique digne de ce nom au Gabon ; des enseignements dont l’out put sera fortement apprécié par le monde professionnel. L’enseignement supérieur doit relever les défis du monde d’aujourd’hui et celui de demain. Cela passe par la production de connaissances et de compétences théoriques, pratiques et comportementales » A souligné le Dr Oyono Ebang Obame Constant, Enseignant Chercheur en sciences de management, Président du Groupe IHEM International.

Dans l’optique d’examiner de fond en comble les forces et faibles ; les tenants et aboutissants des actions entreprises par le Groupe IHEM International de 2005 à ce jour, ce premier Conseil d’administration, a jugé utile de mettre sur la table des discussions quatre (4) points qui ont constitués la base sur laquelle ont été élaborées les stratégies nouvelles à la faveur des méthodes novatrices d’enseignements, des réformes manageuriales, ainsi que la qualité de l’offre intellectuelle. Il s’agit de :
La pédagogie et l’administration universitaire, dont la Commission a été présidée par le vice-président du Conseil d’administration, Pr Obiang Ludovic ; Les Programmes universitaires, dirigés en Commission par le Président Ndinga Nziengui Alphonse ; Les textes règlementaires supervisés en travaux de Commission par Dr Engueng Ondo Anatole ; et enfin, les infrastructures et la politique générale, coordonnées par le Pr Ndong Ngoua Anaclet. Des travaux menés sous le contrôle de vingt-six (26) Commissaires, sur un total de 46 membres ayant pris part à ce premier Conseil d’administration.

Le Groupe IHEM International, conscient des enjeux et des exigences du secteur dans lequel il excelle, tient à faire mieux chaque année pour s’arrimer aux normes internationales en matière d’enseignements supérieurs. Ce qui conforte d’ailleurs les propos de la Directrice général, Ntsame Mba Roukga Sabrina doctorant en sciences de gestion, quant à la croissance vertigineuse du nombre d’étudiants enregistrés par cette Université privée entre 2005 et 2022.
« D’une quinzaine d’étudiants par an en 2005, à 2500 étudiants en moyenne par an en 2022, le Groupe IHEM International a eu une ascension conséquente ces vingt dernières années, c’est pourquoi, à travers les rapports de nos différents directeurs, il est important aujourd’hui de faire un bilan de cette évolution en parcourant les différentes améliorations mais aussi les insuffisances que nous avons rencontrées tout au long de notre parcours » A indiqué ĺ Directrice générale de l’IHEM International.
Au terme des travaux de ce premier Conseil d’administration du Groupe IHEM International, le PCA en accord avec la Directrice générale, entendent faire des stratégies innovantes élaborées en vue d’une organisation plus améliorée, une véritable feuille de route principale tout au long de cette nouvelle année académique 2022-2023.

Gabon/ University: The IHEM International Group successfully held its First Board of Directors !
Established since 2005 with a strong ambition to establish itself among the best Universities in Gabon and the world, the IHEM International Group, after twenty years of exercises and meteoric rise, held on Saturday September 03, 2022, its First Board of Directors for the 2022-2023 academic year, in a local hotel. The Chairman of this high decision-making body, Doctor Oyono Ebang Obame Constant, was delighted with the quality of the work undertaken by the Group’s resource persons and the relevance of the resolutions taken following the drafting in the Committee of various points listed in the order of the day.
« Our credo is quality; only quality can make emerge a dynamic education worthy of the name in Gabon; of the lessons whose output will be highly appreciated by the professional world. higher education must meet the challenges of today’s world and that of tomorrow. This involves the production of knowledge and theoretical, practical and behavioral skills » underlined Dr. Oyono Ebang Obame Constant, Teacher Researcher in Management Sciences, President of the IHEM International Group.
With a view to thoroughly examining the strengths and weaknesses; the ins and outs of the actions undertaken by the IHEM International Group from 2005 to date, this first Board of Directors deemed it useful to put four (4) points on the table for discussion which constitutedthe basis on which new strategies have been developed thanks to innovative teaching methods, managerial reforms, as well as the quality of the intellectual offer. it is :

The IHEM International Group, aware of the challenges and requirements of the sector in which it excels, wishes to do better each year to align itself with international standards in terms of higher education. which also confirms the words of the Director General, Ntsame Mba Roukga Sabrina, doctoral student in management sciences, regarding the dizzying growth in the number of students registered by this private University between 2005 and 2022.
« From around fifteen students per year in 2005, to an average of 2,500 students per year in 2022, the IHEM International Group has had a substantial rise over the past twenty years, which is why, through the reports of our various directors , it is important today to take stock ofthis evolution by going through the various improvements but also the shortcomings that we have encountered throughout our journey » Said ĺ Director General of IHEM International.
At the end of the work of this first Board of Directors of the IHEM International Group, the PCA, in agreement with the Chief Executive Officer, intends to make innovative strategies developed with a view to a more improved organization, a real main roadmap throughout thisnew academic year 2022-2023.
