Pensée Azizetique/ Ali Bongo victime de la sorcellerie politique du gouvernement Ossouka Raponda à Port-Gentil ?

Depuis la prestation de serment d’Ali Bongo Ondimba, à la magistrature suprême le 27 septembre 2016, à l’issue d’une élection présidentielle contestée, face au candidat de l’opposition Jean Ping, le Peuple gabonais observe de manière récurente, des événements socio-politiques malicieux et déplorables, qui ne sauraient tirer le Gabon vers l’émergence tant souhaitée par le numéro un gabonais. D’abord un fait surréel : certains cadres, militantes et militants du PDG, trempés à flot dans la forte pluie qui s’est abattue en terre Port-gentillaise, disent avoir aperçu une colombe blanche après la descente d’Ali Bongo de l’avion sur le tarmac de l’aéroport international de Pog. Cette scène jugée extraordinaire, aura nul doute été une source de motivation spirituelle pour les initiés qui, n’ont pas hésité à s’unir comme un seul homme, pour réserver un accueil chaleureux au numéro un gabonais. D’autant plus que, ces derniers ont très vite decripté l’effet positif de la symbolique dudit mystère.

D’après les fin connaisseurs du monde mystico spirituel, la présence de la Colombe en pleine pluie torrentielle est plein de symboles. Les « Obwiris » (génies) traduisent cette scène selon eux, par le fait que le numéro 1 gabonais ait traversé une épreuve douloureuse avant son arrivée à Port-Gentil. Ils révèlent que cet « oiseau de paix » trempé de pluie aurait nettoyé la colère, la frustration et la rancoeur des populations de l’Ogooue Maritime, face à un Ali Bongo, qui veut à tout prix se racheter.

En grand croyant, les initiés insinuent que le Chef de l’Etat a sans nul doute été en harmonie avec les génies de la Province de l’Ogooue Maritime. Toute chose qui justifirait la clairvoyance d’Ali Bongo face à l’incompétence du gouvernement d’Ossouka. D’autant plus que le Président de la République, n’a pas hésité à marquer sa déception sur le manque de suivi, d’avancement et de finition des travaux retenus dans le cadre du Plan d’accélération de la transformation (PAT).

A ce qui semble, l’enfumage devient le sport favori du gouvernement d’Ossouka. Chaque jour que Dieu fait, il ne se gêne pas à ternir l’image du Chef de l’exécutif, en sabotant sa politique afin de donner du grain à moudre à ses détracteurs. A cause de leur leur indolence inexplicable, la notoriété d’Ali Bongo se fragilise d’avantage à mesure que l’on s’achemine vers l’élection présidentielle que compte organiser notre pays.

A force de verser dans la léthargie, le gouvernement Ossouka Raponda fait preuve d’une incompétence notoire, parce que, manquant d’efficacité et de pragmatisme dans le cadre des projets de développement insufflés par le Président de la République dans le Chef lieu de la Province de l’Ogooue Maritime. Des projets qui s’inscrivent pourtant dans le cadre de l’amélioration des conditions de vie des populations de cette partie du Gabon.

Une situation déplorables qui aura malheureusement obligé le Chef de l’Etat à écourter son séjour dans cette Province. Car, en temps normal, Ali Bongo devait séjourner durant trois jours entre Port-Gentil et Omboue en passant par Gamba.

En effet, le constat fait par le Chef de l’Etat au cours de la visite des différents sites aura démontré, preuve à l’appui, que rien de concrèt n’a été fait, en dépit d’énormes sommes d’argent décaissées au grand dam des populations qui, tirent au quotidien le diable par la queue et, demeurent sous la menacent des inondations avec le retour des pluies diluviennes.

En outre, à Port-Gentil, les populations vouées à la paupérisation y observent entre autres, la fermeture des entreprises, la misère et le chômage galopant ; l’absence d’eau potable et la cherté de la vie. Au lieu d’y apporter des solutions concrètes, le gouvernement Ossouka Raponda n’a trouvé mieux qu’a s’y pavaner sans être inquiété après le départ du Chef de l’Etat de Port-Gentil pour Libreville. D’ailleurs, pour tenter de voiler leur incapacité face au PAT, certains membres du gouvernement sont ironiquement allés visiter les travaux invisibles de Gamba et Omboue, sachant bien que rien de concret n’a été fait.

De qui se moque le gouvernement Ossouka Raponda ? Se moque t-il des populations en général ou du Chef de l’Etat, en sillonant les sites que devait visiter le chef de l’Etat Ali Bongo Ondimba, sachant bien que ce dernier épris de colère et de déception, a écourté son séjour en terre marigoveeine du fait des projets du PAT non réalisés.

Dans tous les cas, les semaines qui suivent, nous réservent nul doute, une période très mouvementée au sommet de l’Etat.

As a big believer, insiders insinuate that the Head of State has undoubtedly been in harmony with the geniuses of the Province of Ogooue Maritime. Anything that would justify Ali Bongo’s foresight in the face of the incompetence of Ossouka’s government. especially since the President of the Republic did not hesitate to express his disappointment with the lack of follow-up, progress and completion of the works selected under the Transformation Acceleration Plan (PAT).

It seems, smoking becomes the favorite sport of the government of Ossouka. Every day that God does, he does not hesitate to tarnish the image of the Chief Executive, by sabotaging his policy in order to give grain to grind to his detractors. Because of their inexplicable indolence, Ali Bongo’s notoriety is weakening further as we move towards the presidential election that our country intends to organize.

By dint of falling into lethargy, the Ossouka Raponda government is showing notorious incompetence, because, lacking in efficiency and pragmatism within the framework of the development projects instilled by the President of the Republic in the capital of the Province of OgooueMaritime. Projects that are nevertheless part of the improvement of the living conditions of the populations of this part of Gabon.

A deplorable situation which unfortunately forced the Head of State to shorten his stay in this Province. because, in normal times, Ali Bongo had to stay for three days between Port-Gentil and Omboue via Gamba.

Indeed, the observation made by the Head of State during the visit to the various sites will have demonstrated, with supporting evidence, that nothing concrete has been done, despite huge sums of money disbursed to the great displeasure of the populations who, on a daily basis, drag the devil by the tail and remain underthreaten it with floods with the return of the torrential rains.In addition, in Port-Gentil, the populations dedicated to impoverishment observe, among other things, the closing of businesses, misery and rampant unemployment; the absence of drinking water and the high cost of living.

Instead of providing concrete solutions, the Ossouka Raponda government has found nothing better than to show off without being worried after the departure of the Head of State from Port-Gentil to Libreville. moreover, in an attempt to conceal their incapacity in the face of the PAT, some members of the government ironically went to visit the invisible works of Gamba and Omboue, knowing full well that nothing concrete had been done.

Who is the Ossouka Raponda government kidding ? does he make fun of the general population or the Head of State, criss-crossing the sites that the Head of State Ali Bongo Ondimba was to visit, knowing full well that the latter, in anger and disappointment, shortened his stay in Marigoveine land due to PAT projects not carried out.

In any case, the weeks that follow, no doubt, reserve for us a very eventful period at the top of the State.
