Pensée Azizetique/ Le Cabinet présidentiel va t-il laisser le Gouvernement Bilie-By-Nze travailler sereinement ?

C’est la sempiternelle question que l’opinion se pose au lendemain de la déclaration de politique générale du Chef du gouvernement, Alain Claude Bilie-By-Nze face à la représentation nationale. En effet, le cabinet du Président de la République serait accusé d’interférer de temps en temps dans l’action gouvernementale au point de mettre en mal l’efficacité et le dynamisme de bon nombre de membres du gouvernement. Et ce, en versant parfois dans le trafic d’influence pour des intérêts inavoués.

Une attitude encombrante qui, selon les observateurs avisés, mettrait en mal la sérénité du patron de la primature et les membres de son gouvernement. Autrement dit, le fait que bon nombre de membres du cabinet du Président de la République, s’ingèrent en catimini dans l’exécution du plan d’action stratégique du gouvernement, plomberaient les performances de celui-ci au point où, d’aucuns penseraient que les véritables membres du gouvernement sont tapis au sein du cabinet du Président de la République ; que les ministres n’ont aucune feuille de route, ou n’obéissent qu’au diktat de la Présidence de la République au détriment du cap fixé par le premier ministre, chef du gouvernement lors de sa déclaration de politique générale.

À quelques mois des échéances électorales, le cabinet du Président de la République devraient laisser le gouvernement Bilie-By-Nze travailler en toute sérénité afin qu’il puisse mettre en musique les 12 axes inscrits dans la feuille de route gouvernementale proposée avec brio par Alain Claude Bilie-By-Nze. Laquelle a largement obtenu la confiance des élus du peuple. C’est aussi un moyen qui permet de tester l’efficacité des membres du gouvernement, chacun dans son département ministériel. Tant entendu que le maçon se juge au pied du mur. Il serait donc mieux que le gouvernement soit libre et évalué face à ses responsabilités, encore que, ces derniers, n’ont que six (06) mois pour convaincre…

Azizetique thought / Will the Presidential Cabinet let the Bilie-By-Nze Government work calmly ?

This is the eternal question that public opinion asks itself the day after the declaration of general policy by the Head of Government, Alain Claude Bilie-By-Nze in the face of national representation. indeed, the office of the President of the Republic would be accused of interfering from time to time in government action to the point of undermining the efficiency and dynamism of a good number of members of the government. and this, sometimes by pouring into influence peddling for unacknowledged interests.

A cumbersome attitude which, according to informed observers, would harm the serenity of the boss of the prime minister’s office and the members of his government. in other words, the fact that many members of the President of the Republic’s cabinet are secretly interfering in the execution of the government’s strategic action plan, would hamper its performance to the point where some would think that the real members of the governmentare hidden in the office of the President of the Republic; that the ministers have no roadmap, or only obey the diktat of the Presidency of the Republic to the detriment of the course set by the Prime Minister, Head of Government in his general policy statement.

A few months before the electoral deadlines, the office of the President of the Republic should let the Bilie-By-Nze government work in complete serenity so that it can set to music the 12 axes included in the government roadmap brilliantly proposed by Alain ClaudiusBilie-By-Nze which has largely obtained the confidence of the elected representatives of the people. It is also a way to test the effectiveness of members of the government, each in his ministerial department. So much understood that the mason judges himself against the wall. It would therefore be better for the government to be free and assessed in the face of its responsibilities, although the latter have only six (06) months to convince…
