Pensée Azizetique/ Ogooue Maritime/ Débat en Sorcellerie pour le poste de Secrétaire provincial.

Face aux enjeux de la Renaissance autour desquelles devront s’articuler les travaux du congrès du Parti démocratique gabonais (PDG) du 23 au 24 décembre, les cadres de l’Ogooue Maritime se bousculent au portillon pour le poste de Secrétaire provincial laissé par Albert Richard Royembo, nommé Secrétaire National et dont l’intérim est assuré par Ferdinand Ndo Ella, conformément aux statuts et règlements intérieurs du parti au pouvoir. Il faut souligner que ledit intérim n’est apprécié par bon nombre des cadres du parti présidentiel de l’Ogooue au point de susciter des débats en sorcellerie.

De plus, Il est à rappeler que Ferdinand Ndo Ella, bien qu’il ne soit Originaire de l’Ogooue Maritime, aurait passé plusieurs décennies dans le chef lieu de l’Ogooue Maritime. D’aucuns l’accuseraient même à tort ou à raison de s’être transformé en simple « Secrétaire particulier » du Secrétaire National, en charge de l’animation politique de la province de l’Ogooue Maritime.

Toutefois, pour sa succession au poste de Secrétaire provincial de la province de l’Ogooue Maritime en prélude au congrès de la Renaissance qui se déroule à compter de ce jour 23 décembre 2022, Il y a entre autres des potentielles personnalités dont les noms apparaissent sous le viseur :

Ferdinand Ndo Ella : actuel Secrétaire provincial intérimaire, ce dernier souhaiterait être confirmé en dépit des grincements de dents des cadres de la province. Aussi, il se pourrait que, par reconnaissance de ses talents de Bosseur infatigable, qu’il atterrisse à la limite, au poste de Secrétaire Communal du chef lieu de l’Ogooue Maritime ;

Jean Richard Syllong : après un passage d’une courte durée à la tête du Secrétariat provincial, du haut de son expérience et de son esprit fédérateur, pourrait canaliser la guerre des égos qui sévit actuellement ;

Marie Claire Ogoula Ozoumet, fille de l’ancien Délégué provincial, Jean Rémy Ogoula, bien qu’étant en froid avec le Secrétaire National, pourrait au nom de la décennie de la femme, faire bonne figure ; tout comme Georgette Opape qui fédère les femmes autour de la politique du Distingué Camarade Président Ali Bongo Ondimba ;

Jean Fidèle Otandault : Grand soldat devant l’éternel d’Ali Bongo Ondimba, ce dernier, par la maîtrise du terrain politique et par ses actions multiformes pour l’image du Chef de l’Etat dans l’Ogooue Maritime et partant, de Port-Gentil et, de par ses moyens, pourrait insuffler la Renaissance du Parti dans cette partie du Gabon ;

Pr Alain Makungu, par sa rigueur et sa modestie pourrait lui aussi, prendre le Secrétariat provincial ;

Gabriel Tchango, Maire de la Commune de Port Gentil, ce dernier dispose de l’étoffe et du charisme pour occuper cette fonction ;

Boubacar Mayaki, dispose de l’énergie et de la Compétence pour occuper l’exécutif provincial du Parti ;

Joël Otando : réputé proche du Doyen politique de la province, ce dernier a du bagout pour occuper la fonction ;

Gervais Owanga Biye : tempéré et efficace, par la sagesse qu’il incarne pourrait succéder à Ferdinand Ndo Ella ;

Urbain Makoumbi : entreprenant et brave, par son dynamisme pourrait également faire la surprise à cette grande messe ;

Romain Kerault, par son efficacité et ses stratégies pourrait tirer vers le haut le Secrétariat provincial ;

Dr Barrys Ogoula Olingo : actuellement Président du Conseil départemental de bendje, fin stratège politique, ce dernier pourrait avoir un petit sourire lors des assises :

Charles Otando : ancien fédéral, Député du 2e siège du département de Bendje pourrait susciter l’espoir aux populations de l’Ogooue Maritime ;

Hass Nziengui n’est pas en reste bien que travaillant en sous marin, ce dernier pourrait donner une nouvelle coloration au dispositif provincial ;

James Rogombe : mêlant efficacité et dynamisme, ayant une parfaite maîtrise des coins et recoins de l’Ogooue Maritime, ce dernier pourrait bonifier le Secrétariat provincial ;

Blaise Tchivounda, ancien Secrétaire national, ayant une parfaite maîtrise des dossiers marigoveeins, ce dernier pourrait insuffler un souffle nouveau à l’action ;

Augustin Onanga : actuellement secrétaire départemental d’Etimboue, pourrait également donner une nouvelle étincelle au Parti majoritaire ;

Hans Ogoula n’est pas en reste. Appolinaire Adonis Moudouma, lui aussi, pourrait redynamiser le secrétariat provincial par une nouvelle approche et une méthode de travail innovante.

Face aux différents profils des cadres du Parti présidentiel cités en sus, qui aura la bénédiction d’être retenu au soir de ce Congrès de « Noël » en prélude aux échéances électorales futures ?

Faced with the challenges of the Renaissance around which the work of the congress of the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG) will have to be articulated from December 23 to 24, the executives of Ogooue Maritime are jostling at the gate for the post of Provincial Secretary left by Albert Richard Royembo, named National Secretary and whose interim is provided by Ferdinand Ndo Ella, in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations of the ruling party. It should be emphasized that the said interim is not appreciated by many of the executives of the presidential party of Ogooue to the point of arousing debates in witchcraft.

Moreover, it should be recalled that Ferdinand Ndo Ella, although he is not a native of Ogooue Maritime, would have spent several decades in the chief town of Ogooue Maritime. some would even accuse him, rightly or wrongly, of having transformed himself into a simple « Private Secretary » of the National Secretary, in charge of political animation in the province of Ogooue Maritime.

However, for his succession to the post of Provincial Secretary of the province of Ogooue Maritime as a prelude to the Renaissance congress which takes place from this day December 23, 2022, there are among others potential personalities whose names appear under the viewfinder :

Ferdinand Ndo Ella : current interim Provincial Secretary, the latter would like to be confirmed despite the gnashing of teeth of the provincial executives. also, it could be that, by recognition of his talents as a tireless worker, that he lands at the limit, at the post of Communal Secretary of the chief town of Ogooue Maritime ;

Jean Richard Syllong: after a short stint at the head of the Provincial Secretariat, from the height of his experience and his unifying spirit, could channel the war of egos which is currently raging;

Marie Claire Ogoula Ozoumet, daughter of the former Provincial Delegate, Jean Rémy Ogoula, although being at odds with the National Secretary, could, in the name of the decade of women, put on a good face; just like Georgette Opape who unites women around the policy of the Distinguished Comrade President Ali Bongo Ondimba ;

Jean Fidèle Otandault : Great soldier in front of the eternal Ali Bongo Ondimba, the latter, by mastering the political terrain and by his multifaceted actions for the image of the Head of State in Ogooue Maritime and therefore, of Port-Gentle and, by its means, could breathe the Renaissance of Party in this part of Gabon ;

Pr Alain Makungu, by his rigor and his modesty could also take the Provincial Secretariat ;

Gabriel Tchango, Mayor of the Municipality of Port Gentil, the latter has the material and the charisma to hold this position ;

Boubacar Mayaki, has the energy and the competence to occupy the provincial executive of the Party ;

Joël Otando : reputed to be close to the political Dean of the province, the latter has the ability to hold the position ;

Gervais Owanga Biye : tempered and efficient, by the wisdom he embodies could succeed Ferdinand Ndo Ella ;

Urbain Makoumbi : enterprising and brave, by his dynamism could also surprise this great mass ;

Romain Kerault, through his efficiency and his strategies, could pull up the Provincial Secretariat;

Dr Barrys Ogoula Olingo : currently President of the Bendje Departmental Council, a fine political strategist, the latter could have a little smile during the assizes :

charles Otando : former federal MP for the 2nd seat of the department of Bendje could give hope to the populations of Ogooue Maritime ;

Hass Nziengui is not to be outdone although working in a submarine, the latter could give a new color to the provincial system ;

James Rogombe : combining efficiency and dynamism, having a perfect mastery of the nooks and crannies of the Ogooue Maritime, the latter could improve the Provincial Secretariat ;

Blaise Tchivounda, former National Secretary, having a perfect mastery of marigovee issues, the latter could breathe new life into the action ;

augustin Onanga : currently departmental secretary of Etimboue, could also give a new spark to the majority party ;

Hans Ogoula is not left out. Appolinaire Adonis Moudouma, too, could revitalize the provincial secretariat with a new approach and an innovative working method.

Faced with the different profiles of the executives of the Presidential Party mentioned above, who will have the blessing of being retained on the evening of this « Christmas » Congress as a prelude to future elections ?
