Gabon/ Le Groupe IHEM International édifie le corps enseignant et administratif sur la pédagogie et l’administration universitaires

Le Président du Conseil d’administration du Groupe IHEM International, Dr Oyono Ebang Obame Constant, résolument engagé à faire du campus universitaire dont il est le fondateur, une référence en Afrique en matière d’excellence et de performance, a prévu pour le compte de cette année académique, une série de formation de pointe à la faveur du personnel de l’institution. C’est à ce titre, que s’est déroulé samedi 12 novembre 2022, un Séminaire de formation sur les techniques pédagogiques et administratives répondant aux normes universitaires.

« Enseigner est un métier et donc qui nécessite des outils. Et l’outil principal pour enseigner, c’est la pédagogie d’un côté, et de l’autre côté, l’administration. Et comme nous sommes dans un cadre de formation universitaire, nous parlons de pédagogie universitaire et d’administration universitaire » fait observer le fondateur du Groupe IHEM International, Dr Oyono Ebang Obame Constant, avant d’ajouter en guise de précision, que « la pédagogie universitaire relève de celui qui enseigne à l’université, tandis que l’administration universitaire est consacrée à l’encadrement des enseignants et des étudiants à travers des outils de gestion appropriés ».

Ce séminaire de formation dédié aux corps enseignant et administratif, animé par des personnes ressources de l’arène universitaire de très haut niveau, en l’occurrence le Professeur titulaire agrégé de sciences économiques, Gabriel ZOMO YEBE, aura permis aux participants de découvrir par des cas pratiques, une nouvelle méthodologie d’enseignement universitaire et, des techniques novatrices de gestion administrative appropriées aux enjeux de la mondialisation des normes universitaires.

 » C’est quoi le métier d’enseignant ? C’est quoi être Professeur ? Qu’est-ce qu’il faut avoir ? Quelles sont les conditions en termes de connaissances, mais aussi la capacité à transmettre les connaissances ? S’interroge le Pr Gabriel ZOMO YEBE, avant d’y apporter une répondre simplifiée : Pour bien transmettre sa connaissance, il faut d’abord toi-même avoir cette connaiss ; maîtriser la connaissance. Et, connaître en réalité tous les outils, les méthodes pédagogiques selon l’âge de l’apprenant, sinon vous ne pourriez pas transmettre la connaissance. A t-il défini.

Pour conclure, le formateur rappel qu’il faut la maîtrise et le savoir-faire pour parvenir à transmettre la connaissance aux étudiants. Car, dit-il, vous pouvez avoir des diplômes et ne pas savoir utiliser les connaissances que vous avez eues à acquérir. Parce que derrière les diplômes, il faut avoir les compétences que vous allez utiliser par la suite dans votre vie de tous les jours. A-t-il souligné.

« What is the job of a teacher ? What is it to be a Professor ? What do you need to have ? What are the conditions in terms of knowledge, but also the ability to transmit knowledge ? asks Professor Gabriel ZOMO YEBE, before providing a simplified answer: To transmit your knowledge well, you must first have this knowledge yourself; master knowledge. and, actually know all the tools, the teaching methods according to the age of the learner, otherwise you could not transmit the knowledge. He defined.

To conclude, the trainer recalls that it takes mastery and know-how to succeed in transmitting knowledge to students. Because, he says, you can have degrees and not know how to use the knowledge you have had to acquire. because behind the diplomas, you have to have the skills that you will use later in your everyday life. He pointed out.
