Pensée Azizetique/ 2ème adjoint au Maire du 5ème Arr : Arsène Édouard Nkoghe réussira t-il à imposer Franck Mendome ?

L’ancien ajevien de Lalala, du haut de son arrogance et de son mépris envers les notables et cadres du Parti Démocratique gabonais au 5ème Arrondissement de la Commune de Libreville, plus précisément dans le 2e siège, le nommé Arsène Édouard Nkoghe, suite au décès du 2ème adjoint au Maire de cette circonscription, Igor Nzong Mbira, veut à tout prix positionner son poulain Franck Mendome à ce poste alors qu’il ne réunit pas toutes les conditions pour y accéder.

Il faut rappeler qu’Arsène Nkoghe, depuis son règne éphémère et illusoire aux côtés de l’ajevien en chef, est perçu par bon nombre de compatriotes de son bastion Politique, comme un homme ambivalent et vendeur d’illusions. D’ailleurs, d’aucuns maudissent au quotidien, le jour où son mentor Brice Laccruche Alihanga, a imposé celui que lui-même appellait « l’enfant à l’éducation inachevée » du fait des menaces, du trafic d’influence et des arrestations banales dont il a fait subir les filles et fils de sa circonscription politique.

Dans sa gloire éphémère, au gouvernement de Julien Nkoghe Bekale, où il trônait grâce à la bénédiction de l’ancien Directeur de cabinet du Président de la République, Brice Laccruche Alihanga, « l’enfant terrible » aurait terrifié bon nombre de compatriotes en l’occurrence, Toussaint alias Tedere ancien suppléant de Ntoutoume émane qui aurait été molesté sur ordre d’Arsène Édouard Nkoghe, et même le Secrétaire communal du Parti Démocratique gabonais à Ndzomoe, Adama Moussavou, qu’il aurait traumatisé jusqu’à ce jour ; plus loin, l’ancien ministre délégué à l’intérieur, s’est séparé violemment de son suppléant qui, ne pouvant plus supporter ses écarts de langage et son impolitesse notoire envers ses aînés, l’aurait bourré de coups de poing.

Conséquences : après la chute de ses mentors, il fut débarqué du gouvernement comme un malpropre au grand bonheur des populations de sa circonscription politique, où ce dernier était porté à l’assemblée nationale grâce aux moyens financiers colossaux injustifiable.

Chemin faisant, depuis sa nomination le 9 Mars dernier, en qualité de Membre du bureau politique, du fait de la fusion absorption entre le Rassemblement pour la Restauration des Valeurs (RV) et le Parti Démocratique gabonais (PDG), Arsène Édouard Nkoghe fait feu de tout bois, brillant d’une agitation sans égale au point de s’autoproclamer leader politique du 5ème Arrondissement sans aucune assise véritable, si ce n’est de louer les services de quelques courtisans qui sont généralement des jeunes désœuvrés de Lalala.

Depuis le décès du deuxième adjoint au Maire du cinquième Arrondissement, Igor Nzong Mbira, Arsène Édouard Nkoghe pour montrer sa suprématie, sinon son hégémonie dans sa contrée, il n’hésite pas a s’y inscrire malencontreusement en leader politique. Raison pour laquelle, il veut coûte que coûte imposer son dauphin en la personne de Franck Mendome au détriment de la concertation préalable avec les autres cadres et militants du Parti Démocratique gabonais dudit Arrondissement. Arsène Nkoghe s’obstine à imposer son protégé, bien que le défunt Maire adjoint Igor Nzong Mbira est issu du 2e siège sous la bannière des sociaux-démocrates gabonais (SDG).

Néanmoins, pour sûr, le secrétariat exécutif du PDG pourrait certainement faire le choix d’une femme au nom de la décennie de la femme pour un équilibre au bureau d’arrondissement, ou alors, un autre militant du 1er siège, et ce, à la veille des échéances électorales futures.

Arsène Édouard Nkoghe sait t-il que son agitation pourrait le desservir en voulant imposer Franck Mendome aux fins d’usurper le leadership politique dans le cinquième Arrondissement, sachant bien que cette circonscription dispose des cadres compétents jouissant d’une crédibilité sans pareille pour tirer vers le haut la politique d’Ali Bongo Ondimba dans cette partie de Libreville qui semble être à la recherche d’un leader capable de fédérer les jeunes, femmes et cadres, pour un même idéal commun ?

La question reste donc de savoir si Arsène Édouard Nkoghe, dans son entêtement, réussira à imposer son poulain Franck Mendome sachant bien que le Maire décédé est issu du Parti SDG ? Seul l’avenir nous le dira.

Does Arsène Edouard Nkoghe know that his agitation could serve him by wanting to impose Franck Mendome in order to usurp political leadership in the fifth Arrondissement, knowing full well that this constituency has competent executives enjoying unparalleled credibility forpull up the policy of Ali Bongo Ondimba in this part of Libreville which seems to be looking for a leader capable of uniting young people, women and executives, for the same common ideal ?

The question therefore remains whether Arsène Édouard Nkoghe, in his stubbornness, will succeed in imposing his colt Franck Mendome knowing well that the deceased Mayor is from the SDG Party ? Only the future will tell us.
