Pensée Azizetique/ Jusqu’où ira Pascal Houagni Ambouroue ?

0 1395

Azizetic thinking / How far will Pascal Houagni Ambouroue go ?

This is the question that the daughters and sons of the Province of Ogooue Maritime keep asking themselves, as well as observers with regard to the malicious agitation of Pascal Houagni Ambouroue within the Port-gentillaise political arena. An attitude that reveals the lack of self-confidence since his departure from the ministry of oil, one of the best off ministries, if not the most well off. Moreover, It is through this ministry that Pascal Houagni Ambouroue had been revealed for a little while to the point of boasting of being the essential man in the first district of the capital of the province of ogooue Maritime.

In his excess of zeal, the minister Pascal Houagni Ambouroue would have believed to reign in absolute master at the first seat of the commune of Port-gentil and therefore, of the province of ogooue Maritime. But it was bad to know the mysteries of Gabon…

After his departure from the oil ministry, and his return to government, the populations of the said Arrondissement wondered where did the passion and actions of the first elected official during his short-lived reign in this ministerial department go ?

It must be remembered that the Arrondissement in which he exercises his policy is cosmopolitan and with a southern vocation. Hence the majority presence of the Ndzebi community. Which justifies the recognition of the latter with regard to Justine Libimbi, added to that, her credibility, her spirit of humility and her sense of listening. characteristics that have earned Justine the merit of the esteem of the populations of the first district despite the absence of the means with which she would cope.

It should also be recalled that the Minister of Communication, Pascal Houagni Ambouroue would have taken advantage of the path traced by the vice dean Jean Richard Syllong in the first district where the Nzebi and Punu communities are well established. the proof, for more than two decades he knew how to create a frank and privileged relationship with all these ethnic groups, thanks to the boost given to him by Jean Richard Syllong. By this support, the latter will have offered Pascal Houagni Ambouroue, the political boulevard. in other words, Pascal Houagni benefits from the field work of the vice dean who is well established and rooted in this political stronghold. Not to recognize it is to show ingratitude and intellectual blindness. Anyway next !

Moreover, can Pascal Houagni Ambourouet swear three fingers to the sky, hand on heart and eyes riveted to the firmament, that he would have already financed the activities of young people from the Gabonese Democratic Party (UJPDG) or the union of women of the Gabonese Democratic Party (UFPDG), in the commune ofPort-gentil?nothing is less certain, especially since the Member of the Permanent Committee that he is, would not be in the odor of sanctity with the heads of the specialized organs of the Party in the province. in particular, with the communal of the UJPDG, Endamina Reteno Dossou and the communal of the UFPDG, Albertine Mouiti Mboumba Aganga, even less the national of the UJPDG, Ingrid Marina Swaga Leyoumbou. To quote only those.

In addition, Pascal Houagni Ambouroue would be accused, rightly or wrongly, of opposing the choice of Ingrid Marina Swaga Leyoumbou, as first deputy mayor of the first district, in favor of his protege Elisa Prephaela Padou-Bindza. had it not been for the vigilance of those in charge of the executive secretariat at the time, he succeededmoreover, the indexed man would be suspected of the misadventures of a certain Maurot, one of his former lieutenants of his association « Tendance to come » of which some would accuse the member of the government of opposing his recruitment to the Town Hall of Port-gentil.

Also, to what comes back to us, it would seem that Minister Pascal Houagni has not discharged his debts to the operator « Delaurd services » on the construction of certain works and other footbridges, to the point where those responsible for this company would think of oneinfluence peddling by the member of the government.despite this intimidation, this company has always been waiting to be paid by the head of the Ministry of Communication.

The equal opportunity market, located at the « Golf » crossroads, turns out to be a huge mockery of the member of the government, especially since there is not even a bunch of bananas sold in this place, or even a grocery store that opened there. only drinking establishments prosper there, happily exposing young people and other teenagers to alcoholism.

Even the motorcycle taxis that some had believed was a gift from the government member and incidentally Member of the Standing Committee to Party activists, for the fight against unemployment and precariousness, turned out to be his own activity at profit-making purpose. especially since the daily receipts are paid to the headquarters of his association.we would speak of five thousand days (5000 FCFA) and, to apply for the driving of these machines, it would be necessary to file the file with « Trends to come » and by extension, to join this associative movement, it is said, to be retained.

Faced with the actions of Pascal Houagni Ambouroue, we are entitled to ask who is he sincerely rolling for? If not for his personal interests and for his association. moreover, he would be accused of shining with low blows and division towards those who welcomed him with open arms a few years ago within the Gabonese Democratic Party. In particular by the interpersonal skills of the vice dean Jean Richard Syllong, with the support of the political dean of the Ogooué Maritime, Michel Essonghe and, Georgette Opape, although the latter has no function since her departure from the Senate. in other words, Pascal Houagni Ambourouet continues to show divisions by weakening the Gabonese Democratic Party which he militates for the benefit of his association « Tendance Avenir » for which the latter is quick to take action instead of the Party.

As proof, even his political permanence is stamped with the effigy of « Tendance avenir ». Faced with this behavior, what message does Pascal Houagni Ambouroue send to the militants of the Gabonese Democratic Party and to the members of his Tendance avenir team ?

And even further back, what do we remember of his time at BVMAC in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer ? And what has BVMAC brought to Gabon ?

The latest show is the arrival of the Head of State, at the beginning of last week, which he would be suspected of pulling the cover on his side. Again, he would be accused of sowing divisions within the Presidential Party. Its protesters want as proof, the game of political massacre, conveyed on social networks by the leaflet through which one could read: « President Ali Bongo Ondimba under the influence of the smoking of Michel Essonghe, Patrick Mouguiama Daouda, Theophile Ogandaga, Gabriel Tchango andMarc Tchango, realized from his eyes, that there was no work to be seen in Port-gentil and throughout the Province of Ogooué Maritime.. »

A smear campaign that brought some militants to wonder in what these executives of the province are accountable for the failure of theOssouka Raponda government of which Pascal Houagni Ambouroue is one of the linchpins as a member of the government and son of the province ? how should the executives of this province replace the sovereign missions of the government ?

Said leaflet adds « the only one who managed to pull out of the game among all the executives, at least with regard to the mobilization of his troops, was the Minister of Communication Pascal Houagni Ambouroue.

Through this leaflet which seems to serve him rather than serve him after the passage of the Head of State, the question that the public keeps asking is how far will Pascal Houagni Ambouroue go ?

The following weeks will inevitably tell us

To be continued…

Azizetically yours!
